We like to think we’ve seen it all. But of course, we know there’s always a new challenge around the corner. We have worked in the UK and overseas, with small businesses, family businesses and multinationals. We have experience of running our own businesses, of new start-ups and business turnarounds, of meeting tight deadlines and coming up with highly targeted, deliverable action plans.

Every day we come across situations where business leaders need to grow sales, improve margins, reduce inventory or control costs. Others need to manage cash flow, improve financial controls, find the right IT solutions or develop their management information. In some cases the starting point is just to gather some management information. After all, you can’t manage what you can’t see.
