Fully specifying an entire system before the development has begun is a difficult, if not impossible task. Attempts to do this frequently result in a system that doesn’t work the way you want it to. Agile development techniques address these problems by giving you constant visibility of the solution throughout its development. As regularly as you want, you can see a new version of the application with new features added. This means you can see how it works, and give us any feedback you may have. In fact, feedback is positively encouraged.

It’s much easier for you to understand how the finished product will work if you are introduced to each new feature as it’s developed. It’s also much quicker and easier for us to change anything that doesn’t work the way you need it to.

But agile doesn’t mean unplanned. At the outset the overall shape of the development will be planned, with individual features being allocated to specific milestones. With every milestone you can ensure the system is working how you imagined and, if not, problems can be addressed quickly.
