PROJECT SUMMARY
After the major milestone was reached for STEP it became clear that there was demand for a similar ability to review and display evidence based practice across various research areas. The first area to be developed was the to support services to Older People.
NVable was approached by the original STEP team to make changes to the existing web application to support various research areas. The original design was created with flexibility in mind. Therefore, without a great deal of effort the web application was augmented to support multiple research areas and websites.
The evidence for each web site is stored within the same data structures and the application now supports multiple URLs each with distinct look and feel.
The Older Peoples site launched in the autumn of 2007.
