Paper checklists made it difficult to keep track of safety procedures across vessels and to give fleet teams a clear view of completed work.
Working together
Working with ID2, NVable extended Converge for marine use. Crew could access procedures and complete checklists aboard a vessel, including without a connection, with completed records synchronised later for review ashore.
What the work delivered
The project connected onboard activity with fleet oversight and was trialled with Teekay Shipping. It is an example of adapting software to specialist working conditions through a sector partnership.
